Why embroidery — note 20

Print is a shortcut. It sits on top of the fabric, cracks in the wash, and fades on schedule. We didn't want anything on Series One that ages faster than the garment itself.

So we built on premium blanks and embroidered everything. Thread becomes part of the cloth. It keeps its shape, keeps its color, and stays put long after print would have given up.

Yes, it costs more. It also means the piece still reads clean years from now, which is the entire point. That standard doesn't move from run to run.

We would rather sell through once than reprint forever.

Series One. Will not be restocked.
