How it is made: Bella+Canvas 4810 garment-dye tee
The order things happen matters.
The Bella+Canvas 4810 starts as knit fabric with no color in it yet. Dye comes first, before cutting. The fabric goes through its bath while still whole, so every panel cut afterward already carries its final shade. Cut and sew come next — the shape you wear only exists once the color is set.
Embroidery lands last, deliberately. The stitched mark never passes through the dye process. It goes on after the garment itself is finished.
One mark, left chest. The only decoration anywhere on the garment. Nothing centered, nothing across the back, nothing down a sleeve. A single placement, kept small, so the shirt stays the point.
That's the whole build: dye the fabric, cut, sew, then stitch. Simple to describe, strict to run.
