What we actually know
MilkMan is run on honesty. We sell what the supplier feed says exists. We do not manufacture, and we do not invent spec sheets. Where we do not have a number, we say so. Every product page tells you exactly what is recorded and what is absent — not a marketing gloss, just what's in the building.
Sizing and fit
We do not publish a false size chart. Instead we derive a block from five things you already know: your trusted size label, how it sits, the drape you want, your height, and your weight. That derivation is a best-effort model, not a tape measurement. If you want a guaranteed measurement, we will tell you which tape numbers would remove the guess. Until then, treat it as the honest starting point it is.
Care and longevity
Most of what we sell should be washed cold, turned inside out, and line dried. Heavy zips and hardware should be closed. Hoodies and premium cottons last longer when they are washed less — spot clean where possible and air them between wears.
Returns and exchanges
Fourteen days from delivery, unworn with tags on. Return shipping is on us if the garment arrives damaged or not as listed. Start a return from your account or email us with the order number.
Pricing is landed cost, not a story
The price you see is made of supplier price, freight, duty, inspection, and delivery. Our fee is 20% of that landed total. Install labour is billed at cost with no markup. Nothing hidden, nothing inflated.
