Rewards terms
MilkMan rewards is a status programme, not a currency. Status is earned by lifetime spend and is reviewed on every order.
- Thresholds are lifetime spend on MilkMan only: CA$250 for Preferred, CA$600 for Bespoke. Your current status and progress are shown in your account.
- Status grants access, priority and first pick. It is not store credit, never cash, and never converts to a percentage discount.
- Points are not yet in service. The points balance described on the rewards page is not currently calculated, and no points are issued against your orders. We would rather tell you that than show you a balance that never moves.
- Returned or refunded orders reduce the lifetime spend that determines your status.
- MilkMan may change or withdraw benefits. We will give notice on this page before a change takes effect.
Where our copy disagrees with itself
Four of the policies above were written in Shopify at different times from the pages on this site, and they do not agree. Until they are reconciled, the storefront column is what governs — it is what you are shown at the moment of purchase. We are publishing the disagreement rather than quietly picking one and hoping nobody reads the other.
